Symptom

In case you open the E2E Workload Analysis for SAP HANA there is the following error present:


The application was terminated
The systems you selected do not contain any software components currently supported by E2E Workload analysis

Environment

SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Reproducing the Issue

1. Transaction SM_WORKCENTER
2. Tab Root Cause Analysis
3. End-to-End Analysis
4. Select system of type SAP HANA Database
5. Click button Workload Analysis
   
   

Cause

The E2E Workload Analysis for HANA is the Database Analysis (Performance Warehouse).

Resolution

Please check the attached guide HANA_Supp_part4.pdf to SAP note 1747682 as for SAP HANA is the Database Analysis (Performance Warehouse) is the E2E WorkloadAnalysis.

Navigate therefore in case of SAP HANA Workload Analysis to:

1. Transaction SM_WORKCENTER
2. Tab Root Cause Analysis
3. Database Analysis
4. Select SAP HANA Database
5. Click button DB Analysis
