Symptom
When creating or modifying a user in the HANA Web-based Development
Workbench and if the timezone of the client (browser) is affected by
Daylight Saving Time (summer time), then the HANA Web-based Development
Workbench does not handle the user's validity specification properly and
causes an error message shown or saving wrong value for Valid From
or/and Valid Until field(s).

Reason and Prerequisites
The problem is caused by an incorrect timezone calculation and conversion.
The problem only happens in cases, where the HANA server's timezone offset is not set to 0 (UTC+00:00) or the timezone of the client is set to summer time.

Solution
Use SAP HANA Studio for creating or modifying users in such special cases.
