1902840 - MB52: enable Accelerator on HANA in any case

Symptom

With several notes (e.g. 1710852 and 1795093) an Accelerator has been delivered for a HANA Side-By-Side scenario. With this note the accelerator will be made available for a ERP system running on a HANA DB by default.
