SuPM on BW on HANA will need optmizations or conversions of SuPM InfoCubes and DataStore Objects for HANA optimization.

SuPM 3.0 installed or upgraded on BW on HANA (Netweaver 730 SP08 and above only).
Solution
After installing SuPM on NetWeaver 730 SP08 and above or after
upgrading NetWeaver 730 to SP08 and above, SuPM related BW objects will
need HANA optimization/conversion.
SuPM has two InfoCubes and one DataStore Object listed below.
InfoCubes:
DataStore Object:
All three objects needs HANA optimization/conversion. Convert the InfoCubes and DataStore Object one after the other using the transaction RSMIGRHANADB or by performing the steps mentioned in the help paths below.
The application log for the conversion result is either shown directly or can be found using Tcode SLG1using filterOBJECT = RSDRI, SUBJECT = REFACTORING
During conversion a lock is set preventing all maintenance and load activity. Querying on the data is allowed
After conversion there is no need to change any load process, DTPs, Multi-Providers or queries and the existing data will also remain intact. You can execute the query /SRB/M001_A001_QR001 or check SuPM Reports to validate the data.
During the conversion of SuPM real time InfoCube "Data Request: Planning data - /SRB/R001" it may error out with "Error while executing stored procedure for data implementation" or "Errors occurred during migration" and Target Setting and Benchmark Setting may not work. To fix these errors refer to note 1695778.
After sucessfuly implementation of above mentioned note and once the real time info cube "Data Request: Planning data - /SRB/R001" is optimized for HANA, the Target Setting and Benchmark Setting will work as intended.
Note: There is no significant performance improvization for SuPM or its related BW operations even after HANA optimizations. This is because SuPM is not specifically optimized to utilize HANA.
