Reason and Prerequisites
This is due to missing functionality in SAP NetWeaver 7.30.
The ABAP transport framework to deploy SAP HANA Development Units is available with SAP NetWeaver >= 7.31.
The workaround for SAP BW systems on SAP NetWeaver 7.30 is described below.

Solution
Deploy the delivery unit HCO_BI_CONT_CO_CFS using the SAP HANA Studio IMPORT function into your SAP HANA system as follows:
1) Download the attached tgz-file locally or on file server
2) Log on with SAP HANA studio at your BW on SAP HANA system
3) In 'Setup' area of Quick Launch choose 'Schema Mapping', then 'Add' to create a new Schema Mapping with
'Authoring Schema' value: "SAP_BW" and
'Physical Schema' value: your SAP<BWSYS-ID>
3) In 'Content' area of Quick Launch choose 'Import...'
4) Choose 'SAP HANA Content', then 'Delivery Unit', then 'Next'
5) Choose the tgz- file that you have downloaded in step 1.
6) Check 'Overwrite inactive versions' and 'Activate objects'
7) Choose 'Finish'
The Delivery unit HCO_BI_CONT_CO_CFS is now being deployed on your system with the calculation views and stored procedures listed above.
Please continue with step "Activate BW Content (Virtual Data Mart Layer)" of the chapter "Prerequisites" of the SAP Online Help for Product Cost Forecast and Simulation.
