Symptom
Application Function Library (AFL) is not installed on the SAP HANA System
Environment
SAP HANA SP 3/SP 4/ SP 5
Cause
By default AFL is not installed on a SAP HANA system
Resolution
- Download the AFL file from the SMP
- Run the SAP HANA On-Site Configuration tool
- Select 'Install AFL'
