Symptom
You are facing duplicate entries in the primary key of your table
with more than about 1 billion records in the SAP HANA DB. In addition,
the indexserver alert trace file might be flooded with trace entries
from the component "single_attri".

Reason and Prerequisites
Prerequisite: You are using SAP HANA DB Revision 37 or previous and the relevant table contains more than about 1 billion records.
Reason: Due to a programming error it can happen that duplicate entries in the primary key exist in a table that has more than about 1 billion records. This may happen during the creation of the inverted compressed index and is caused by an internal overflow.

Solution
Update to SAP HANA DB Revision 38 or later.
