BW on SAP HANA Database: Using the Fact Table Compression with "With zero-elimination" switched on for a SAP HANA-optimized InfoCube with a Revision less than 26 could generate inconsistent data.

Solution

Do not use the Fact Table Compression with BW on SAP HANA Database until revision 26 of the SAP HANA Database is deployed.
