Symptom
'No CR product instance for installed product instance; SAP note
669669 ' error when SAP HANA ENTERPRISE EDITION product is missing in
SLD and LMDB
Environment
- Solution Manager 7.1
Reproducing the Issue
- Execute transaction 'LMDB'
- Select 'Technical Systems' tab
- Select field 'Type' equal to 'SAP HANA Database' and choose an 'Extended System ID'
- Click on the Display button
- In the Navigation Tree choose Software -> 'No CR product instance for installed product instance; SAP note 669669' error is raised when selecting a row in the tab Product Instances
Cause
The product 'SAP HANA ENTERPRISE EDITION' has been deleted in PPMS and is missing in SLD CR content Version 9.2 and higher.
Therefore also CR product instance for the selected installed product instance is not found in LMDB.

Resolution
Follow the steps described in SAP Note 1794465 to set the right PPMS IDs in the configuration.
