Symptom
In the Business Navigator, when you log on with language 'F' (French)
in component view 3.1 (Transaction SB10), processes are only displayed
in English. In the process flow view 3.1 (Transaction SB09) only the
first hierarchy level (enterprise process area) is in English.

There is an error in language transport, tables were locked for delivery in French.
Solution
Import the files in directory
sapservX/general/R3server/language/Note.84070 where sapservX stands for
the corresponding sapserv host in your region. (see Note 13719)
After that you can display the reference model 3.1 also in French. However this is not possible for reference model 3.0. When you call the Transactions SB01 and SB02 and then select 'Tools' - 'Business Navigator' in the main menu, information on the two model versions are displayed. You then need to choose a model version. From Transaction HIER as well as from Transaction SRPO, reference model 3.0 is always displayed.
