2019151 - Rights are not displayed in French when changing the CMC language

Symptom

Rights are not displayed in French when changing the CMC language.

Environment

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 Service Pack 3 Patch 1.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Connect to CMC.
2. In CMC Preferences, change the language to French.
3. Select a Folder then click on "Sécurité de l'utilisateur".
4. Select a user then click on "Visualiser la sécurité". All rights are displayed in English instead of French.

Cause

This issue is reproducible only in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 Service Pack 3 Patch 1. This is probably specific to this version.

Resolution

This issue is not reproducible in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 Service Pack 4.
