2060542 - Deploying SAP Lumira Server gives "Execution of 'Update SAP HANA system from stack.' failed."

Symptom

When installing SAP Lumira Server you get the error message

"Execution of 'Update SAP HANA system from stack.' failed.
Detailed Message: Could not deploy HANA content.
Could not update software component(s) sap.com/LUMIRA_SERVER on host vanpglnxc45b14.
Could not deploy all delivery units.
Repository request failed, cause: Repository: Activation failed for at least one object;At least one error was encountered during activation. Please see the CheckResult information for detailed information about the root cause. All objects without errors have been activated., code: 40,136, argument:

When Redeploy package sap.bi in HANA Studio get failures in sap.bi.launchpad.BI_LAUNCHPAD_FIORI and sap.bi.admin.BI_ADMIN because sap.hana.uis.db::SITE_USER does not exist.
NOTE: SAP Lumira, server version for SAP HANA and SAP Lumira Cloud are being retired and will no longer receive new feature investments.

Reproducing the Issue

Install SAP Lumira Server for the first time or upgrade SAP Lumira Server from a previous version

Cause

SAP HANA package "HANA_UI_INTEGRATION_SVC.tgz" did not deploy successfully during SAP HANA install or upgrade

Resolution

1. Open SAP HANA Studio
2. Log on to HANA System
3. Click File | Import ...
4. Expand SAP HANA Content
5. Select Delivery Unit
6. Click Next >
7. Select HANA System
8. Click Next >
9. Select Server
10. From the File: drop down select HANA_UI_INTEGRATION_SVC.tgz
11. When simulation finishes click Finish
12. Check log window to ensure job completes successfully
13. Try deploying SAP Lumira Server again and this time it should succeed
