1885728 - Change Management: support HANA managed system

Symptom
Starting from SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP10; software distribution of HANA managed system is supported by Change Request Management and Quality Gate Management. This note applies if you want to manage HANA system previous to 7.1 SP10.

Reason and Prerequisites
HANA managed systems were not designed to be supported till 7.1 SP10.


Solution
Implement the attached corrections to your Solution Manager system by using the Note Assistant (transaction SNOTE), or import the relevant Support Package.
Note:
Since Landscape Management Database (LMDB) infrastructure is utilized to support HANA managed system; following two steps are mandatory before you can use Change Request Management and Quality Gate Management in the SAP Solution Manager system:
1. Assign role SAP_SYSTEM_REPOSITORY_DIS to following composite roles:
  • SAP_CM_ADMINISTRATOR_COMP
  • SAP_CM_CHANGE_MANAGER_COMP
  • SAP_CM_DEVELOPER_COMP
  • SAP_CM_OPERATOR_COMP
  • SAP_CM_REQUESTER_COMP
  • SAP_CM_TESTER_COMP
  • SAP_QGM_ADMIN_COMP
  • SAP_QGM_CHANGE_MANAGER_COMP
  • SAP_QGM_QAB_COMP
  • SAP_QGM_QM_COMP
  • SAP_QGM_TRANSPORT_COMP
2. Setup the LMDB and your managed systems by following the guide in SAP Library at http://help.sap.com.
3. Setup the virtual system according to http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31352

Create DDIC Table Type "/TMWFLOW/SYSTEM_NAME_T":
    1. Logon to your SAP Solution Manager system in English
    2. Start the transaction "SE11"
    3. Select "Data type" and enter "/TMWFLOW/SYSTEM_NAME_T"
    4. Press "Create" button
    5. Select "Table type" in the following popup and press "Continue" button
    6. Enter "System Name" in "Short text"
    7. Select the tab "Line Type"
    8. Select "Line Type" and enter "/TMWFLOW/SYSTEM_NAME"
    9. Press "Save" button
    10. Enter Package "/TMWFLOW/SCHEDMAN" in the following popup and click "Save"
    11. Enter the Transport Request to which you want to transport the note
    12. Press "Activate" button

Create message texts in message class "/TMWFLOW/MISC":
    13. Logon to your SAP Solution Manager system in English
    14. Start the transaction "SE91"
    15. Enter message class "/TMWFLOW/MISC"
    16. Press "Change" button
    17. Select message number "057" and enter message short text "Communication System (OTO) information incomplete for system &1"
    18. Select message number "114" and enter message short text "Fail to get information of system &; check System Landscape configuration"
    19. Select message number "116" and enter message short text "No corresponding system found in the landscape for SID &"
    20. Select message number "117" and enter message short text "More than one system (&1) found in the landscape for SID &2"
    21. Select message number "899" and enter message short text "HANA system is not supported for log on"
    22. Press "Save" button
    23. Enter the Transport Request to which you want to transport the note

Repeat above steps to create message text in message class "AGS_TD":
    24. Select message number "223" and enter message short text "Logon host/port for system &1 not found; check landscape configuration"
